云南某单铜矿可选性试验研究
Experimental Study on Washability of a Single Copper Ore in Yunnan

Abstract
Aiming at the problem of poor copper recovery caused by the low degree of monomer dissociation of copper minerals in a single copper ore in Yunnan,a washability test study was carried out,and conditional tests were conducted on grinding fineness,copper mineral collectors,lime,sodium sulfite,and other factors.The closed-circuit test results showed that,after primary grinding to 60%passing 0.074 mm,one roughing and two scavenging stages with middlings sequentially returned,and regrinding of the rougher concentrate to 77%passing 0.037 mm followed by three cleaning stages,a copper concentrate with a copper grade of 18.56%and a copper recovery of 73.16%was achieved.This study provides technical support for the beneficiation of such copper ores.关键词
