基于专科联盟下AECOPD患者三联动肺康复护理模式的应用
Application of three-linkage pulmonary rehabilitation nursing mode for AECOPD patients based on specialist alliance

Abstract
Objective To construct and evaluate the effect of the three-linkage pulmonary rehabilitation nursing mode of"tertiary hospital-primary hospital-family"for patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)based on specialist alliance.Methods A total of 43 patients with AECOPD hospitalized in the respiratory department of a tertiary hospital in Baise City from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as control group,and they were given routine nursing and telephone follow-up.A total of 43 patients admitted from November 2023 to October 2024 were selected as intervention group and given the three-linkage pulmonary rehabilitation nursing model based on specialist alliance in addition to routine nursing care.The degree of dyspnea,quality of life,exercise endurance,self-care ability scale score and pulmonary rehabilitation compliance score were compared between the two groups.Results 42 cases in the control group and 41 cases in the intervention group completed the study.The scores of dyspnea severity(mMRC score),quality of life(CAT score),exercise endurance(6MWD),self-care ability,and pulmonary rehabilitation compliance in the interven-tion group were significantly better than those in the control group at 4,12,and 24 weeks after intervention(P<0.05 or P<0.001).Conclusion The mode effectively integrates the resources of tertiary hospitals,primary hospitals and families,and realizes the refined and dynamic continuous nursing management.It has a good effect on improving the symptoms of dyspnea,self-care ability,exercise endurance,lung rehabilitation compliance and the quality of life of AECOPD discharged patients,and thereby providing a feasible path for continuous pulmonary rehabilitation nursing.关键词
