中厚皮植皮患者心理需求的质性研究
Qualitative study on psychological needs of patients with medium-thick transplant
摘要
Abstract
Objective To construct a demand-oriented phased clinical nursing pathway based on the psychological needs of patients with medium-thick transplant and their families,so as to provide theoretical basis for optimizing burn specialty nursing practice.Methods The purposive sampling method was used to select 10 patients or their families who underwent medium-thick skin grafting surgery in the burn department of a tertiary hospital from October to December 2023 for semi-structured interviews.Colaizzi phenomenological analysis was used to extract the themes until information saturation was reached.Results The needs of patients or their families focused on three dimensions:communication and information sup-port(transparency of doctor-patient communication,education on complications);clinical nursing quality(fine wound treat-ment,personalized scar management);process and economic burden(shortened hospitalization duration,transparent costs,simplified entry and exit procedures).Conclusion The study innovatively proposes a"three-stage nursing pathway frame-work"(preoperative stage-intraoperative stage-postoperative stage),which can systematically improve the treatment compliance and satisfaction of skin transplant patients by integrating stage rehabilitation goals,structured communication processes,and economic assistance mechanisms.This provides practical reference for standardizing burn specialty nursing pathways.关键词
