基于描述性统计的长沙市主要体质类型与核心药食同源食材探究
Major constitution types and core medicine-food homologous ingredients in Changsha based on descriptive statistics

Abstract
Objective To analyze the distribution characteristics of TCM constitutions among the population in Changsha and explore medicine-food homologous ingredient-based health preservation plans tailored to major constitution types.Methods A palm type TCM meridian detector was employed to conduct constitution identification on individuals from Changsha who visited the Preventive Treatment Center of the First Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine between May 2020 and May 2025.Statistical analysis of the subjects'data was performed to investigate the distribution rules of constitution types and patterns.Results A total of 6,367 subjects were included.The distribution of constitution types revealed that phlegm-dampness,damp-heat,qi-stagnation,yin-deficiency,and blood-stasis constitutions ranked among the top five.The primary patterns included kidney yin deficiency(heat),liver qi stagnation,sanjiao damp-heat,liver meridian damp-heat,sanjiao cold-dampness,kidney essence(qi)deficiency,kidney yang deficiency,stomach yang deficiency,upward flaming of liver fire,and heart qi deficiency with blood stasis patterns.Conclusion Among the population in Changsha,phlegm-dampness and damp-heat constitutions are predominant.Kidney yin deficiency(heat)pattern is the most prominent TCM pattern,with young and middle-aged individuals being the primary carriers.Based on the matching of major constitution types with corresponding medicine-food homologous ingredients,this paper discusses precise health preservation guidance for individuals with different constitutions,providing a reliable basis for"preventing a disease before it arises"health management practices.关键词
