中西医视角下痤疮的发病机制、临床分型与治疗进展
Pathogenesis,clinical classification,and therapeutic advances of acne from the integrated perspectives of Chinese and Western medicine

Abstract
Acne,a globally prevalent chronic inflammatory skin disease,significantly impacts patients'physical and mental well-being.By examining the similarities and differences in the etiology,pathogenesis,and treatment methods of acne between Chinese Medicine and Western medicine,and through a comprehensive analysis of relevant literature,this study finds that TCM commonly differentiates acne into patterns such as"wind heat affecting lung meridian"and"damp-heat in the stomach and intestine,"emphasizing integrated therapies including oral herbal formulas,acupuncture,and topical Chinese medicines.In contrast,Western medicine focuses on pathological factors such as androgen imbalance,Cutibacterium acnes infection,and altered sebum composition,with first-line treatments including retinoids,antibiotics,and hormonal therapies.Both Chinese medicine and Western medicine demonstrate distinct advantages in acne management.Fostering their deep integration based on evidence-based medicine can drive a paradigm shift in diagnostic and therapeutic strategies from"empirical medicine"towards"precision integrative medicine".关键词
