药食同源产业发展现状及对策研究
Current status and countermeasures for the development of food and medicine homologous industry

Abstract
In recent years,the concept of"food and medicine homology,"which highlights the close relationship between food and medicine,has gained international recognition.Specifically,substances with both food and medicinal properties possess dual attributes,and their related industries are experiencing rapid development.However,China's food and medicine homologous industry remains at a relatively low development level,facing challenges such as incomplete standard systems,inadequate efficacy evaluation frameworks,lack of clinical validation,insufficient regulation of pesticide residues and heavy metals in raw materials,small industrial scale,and severe product homogeneity.Therefore,this paper systematically reviews the origin and evolution of food and medicine homology concept,analyzes its current applications in areas such as health foods,conventional foods,food additives,and daily chemical products,and identifies deficiencies in standardization,effi-cacy verification,safety control,and innovation capacity.It further proposes targeted countermeasures,including establishing a comprehensive policy and regulatory system,promoting technological innovation and industry-academia-research collaboration,optimizing industrial chain structures,strengthening brand building,exploring cultural value,and fostering cross-sector integra-tion.These measures aim to promote the high-quality development of the food and medicine homologous industry and provide theoretical reference and practical pathways for the innovation and upgrading of the broader health industry.关键词
