Research progress and modern transformation of Zhishi(Aurantii Fructus Immaturus)in treating irritable bowel syndrome
摘要
Abstract
Irritable bowel syndrome(IBS)is a complex functional bowel disorder,with no cure and limited efficacy of current pharmacotherapies.The TCM herb Zhishi(Aurantii Fructus Immaturus),known for its effects in"circulating qi and resolving masses",has demonstrated potential in modern research for multi-component and multi-target intervention in IBS.This paper systematically reviews the historical origins,primary active components,and pharmacological actions of Zhishi(Aurantii Fructus Immaturus)in treating IBS.By integrating evidence from network pharmacology,it elucidates the compatibility between its"multi-component,multi-target,multi-pathway"mode of action and the holistic view of TCM.Building on this foundation,it further explores the logic,advantages,and challenges of transforming Zhishi(Aurantii Fructus Immaturus)from a medicinal material to a health product,aiming to provide theoretical support for promoting its modern development and industrial application.关键词
