基于文献计量学的黄精研究现状、热点与前沿趋势可视化分析
Visual analysis of research status,hotspots,and frontier trends of Huangjing(Polygonati Rhizoma)based on bibliometrics

Abstract
Objective To systematically analyze the research status,hotspots,and trends of Huangjing(Polygonati Rhizoma),so as to provide directional guidance for subsequent research.Methods Based on the search strategy,Chinese and English literature related to Huangjing(Polygonati Rhizoma)from the inception of the databases until July 6,2025,was retrieved from CNKI and Web of Science Core Collection.CiteSpace and VOSviewer software were employed to conduct a visual analysis of publication trends,authors and institutions,citation frequencies of journals and articles,and keywords.Results A total of 1,493 Chinese articles and 874 English articles were included.The analysis indicates a sustained growth in publications on Huangjing(Polygonati Rhizoma),with Chinese authors contributing the majority in this field.Research efforts have formed collaborative clusters centered around institutions such as Guizhou University and Northwest A&F University.Research focus in Chinese literature centers on pharmacology,while English literature emphasizes immunology and gut microbiota.The evolution of research content exhibits a clear three-stage characteristic of"traditional-modern-precision":Early studies concentrated on resource surveys and herbal textual research;mid-stage research focused on structural elucidation and functional validation of active components like Polygonatum sibiricum polysaccharides;recent work has shifted towards in-depth exploration of its mechanisms of action using multi-omics technologies such as network pharmacology and the gut microbiota-metabolism axis.Current research hotspots focus on areas such as antioxidation,anti-aging,and gut microbiota modulation,with frontier trends indicating a move towards clinical translation and in-depth industrial development.Conclusion Research on Huangjing(Polygonati Rhizoma)exhibits distinct characteristics of interdisciplinary integration.Future efforts should prioritize strengthening clinical studies and standardizing processing techniques to promote its precise application in functional foods and health industry.关键词
