野茉莉叶木脂素类成分的研究
Lignans from the leaves of Styrax japonicus Sieb.et Zucc.

Abstract
Objective To investigate the chemical components of lignans from the leaves of Styrax japonicus Sieb.et Zucc.and their in vitro anti-lung cancer activity.Methods The 70%ethanol extract of Styrax japonicus Sieb.et Zucc.leaves was processed by systematic separation using solvent extraction and column chromatography.The structures of the isolated compounds were elucidated by spectral analysis and comparison with published data.Their inhibitory effects on the proliferation of human lung phosphocarcinoma cells(A549)and mouse lung cancer cells(LL2)were evaluated using the methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium(MTT)assay.Results Six benzofuran-type lignans were isolated and identified from the leaves of Styrax japonicus Sieb.et Zucc..Among them,Styraxjaponica J(1)was identified as a new natural product,while dehydrodiisoeugenol(2),curcasinlignan B(3),(2S,3R)-2,3-dihydro-2-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-7-methoxy-5-(1E)-1-propenyl-3-benzofuranmethanol(4),curcasinlignan C(5),and dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol(6)were isolated from this plant for the first time.Compounds 1,2,3,and 5 significantly inhibited the proliferation of A549 cells,with compounds 2,3,and 5 exhibiting stronger inhibitory activity than cisplatin.Compounds 1 and 2 inhibited the proliferation of LL2 cells,albeit with slightly weaker activities compared to cisplatin.Conclusion This study provides an experimental basis for exploiting the edible and medicinal potential of Styrax japonicus Sieb.et Zucc.leaves and for the sustainable development and utilization of this plant resource.关键词
