部分关节囊切开修复技术在双极股骨头置换术中的应用研究
Application of partial capsulotomy repair technique in bipolar hemiarthroplasty

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of partial capsulotomy repair technique in bipolar hemiarthroplasty on hip joint stability and clinical outcomes in elderly patients with femoral neck fractures.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 105 elderly patients with femoral neck fractures admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to June 2023.The patients were divided into the capsular repair group(n=55)and the capsular excision group(n=50)based on surgical technique.The hip range of motion,Harris hip score(HHS),and incidence of prosthetic dislocation were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the angles of hip flexion or abduction 12 months after surgery between the capsular repair group and the capsular excision group(P>0.05).The hip external rotation angle in the capsular repair group was significantly smaller than that in the capsular excision group(P<0.05),and the incidence of prosthetic dislocation was lower than that in the capsular excision group(P<0.05).The HHS score 12 months after surgery in the capsular repair group was significantly higher than that in the capsular excision group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of partial capsulotomy repair technique in bipolar hemiarthroplasty can effectively reduce the postoperative hip external rotation angle,lower the incidence of the prosthetic dislocation,improve joint function,and alleviate pain,particularly in elderly patients with femoral neck fractures.By preserving capsular tension and integrity,this technique provides a feasible strategy for enhancing postopera-tive hip stability and holds clinical value for broader application.关键词
