Research progress of the cGAS-STING pathway in bone and joint diseases
摘要
Abstract
The cyclic guanosine-adenosine synthetase-interferon gene stimulating factor(cGAS-STING)pathway is the core signaling axis by which cytosolic DNA triggers innate immunity and inflammatory responses,and its dysregulation is closely associated with the development of various bone and joint diseases.Activation of this pathway in osteosarcoma can enhance anti-tumor immunity,whereas its persistent activation in multiple degenerative and inflammatory joint diseases can promote sterile inflammation and tissue degeneration,making it an important therapeutic target.This article reviews the latest research progress of the cGAS-STING pathway in bone and joint diseases,aiming to provide a reference for its clinical treatment.关键词
