Research progress of esketamine in perioperative rehabilitation of surgical patients
摘要
Abstract
With the popularization of the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)in various surgical fields,it is essential to explore safe and effective perioperative interventions to promote patients'recovery.Esketamine,as the dextrorotatory isomer of ketamine,is a high-affinity N-methyl-D-aspartate(NMDA)receptor antagonist with pharmacological characteristics of rapid onset,fast metabolism,and minimal effects on the respiratory and circulatory systems.In recent years,the application value of esketamine in the perioperative period has become increasingly prominent,showing multi-dimensional rehabilitation potential beyond traditional analgesia.This article focuses on the core goals of ERAS and systematically expounds the latest research progress and mechanisms of action of esketamine in relieving postoperative pain,regulating perioperative mood and sleep,reducing postoperative pulmonary complications and stabilizing intraoperative hemodynamics,in order to provide a reference for its rational clinical application.关键词
