海带及其提取物在养猪生产中的研究进展
Research advance on kelp and its extract in pig production
摘要
Abstract
Laminaria is a large Marine algae in the genus Laminaria.Kelp is rich in polysaccharides,vitamins,protein and other nutrients as well as bioactive substances,which can enhance immunity,promote growth,antioxidant and antibacterial effects.Adding kelp and its extract to feed can promote animal health and improve production performance.In this paper,the biological function and research advance on kelp and its extracts in pig production were reviewed,in order to provide reference for the development and utilization of kelp and its extracts in pig production.关键词
