不同产地和等级的黄芪药材品质分析
Effects of different places and grades on content of active compounds of Astragalus tablet

Abstract
The purpose of this paper was to study the difference of the content of active components of Astragalus membranaceus in different places and grades.Astragalus of 4 different grades(1.4~2.5 cm,1.0~1.4 cm,0.6~1.0 cm,0.2~0.6 cm)were collected from Inner Mongolia and Gansu,and their effective components were determined.The total polysaccharides,total saponins and total flavonoids of Astragalus were determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry,calycosin-7-glucoside and and calycosin were determined by high performance liquid chromatography.The quality differences of Astragalus from different producing areas and grades were comprehensively evaluated by various analytical methods.The results showed that the linear relationship,precision,repeatability and stability,as well as the recovery rate of the five indexes met the requirements of CNAS-TRL-011.The precision of the instrument and the method repeatability were good,and the sample solution was stable within 10 h.With the increase of grade,the content of total polysaccharides first increased and then decreased,the content of total saponins increased,the content of total flavonoids decreased first and then increased,and the content of calycosin-7-glucoside increased.The content of calycosin decreasd first and then increased.When the grade was grade 3,the total polysaccharides content of Astragalus in Inner Mongolia was significantly higher than that in Gansu(P<0.05).When the grade was super grade,the total flavonoids content of Astragalus in Inner Mongolia was significantly higher than that in Gansu(P<0.05).Among them,calycosin-7-glucoside had a very significant negative correlation with calycosin(P<0.01).Different grades had significant effects on the contents of calycosin-7-glucoside and and calycosin(P<0.05),different origin had significant effects on the content of total flavonoids(P<0.05),and the interaction of origin×grade had no significant effects on each index(P>0.05).In summary,the method was simple,stable and accurate.It was suitable for the determination of 5 components in Astragalus membranaceus.When classifying the quality grades of Astragalus,the effect of grade or place of origin on each indicator should be comprehensively considered.关键词
