壮医药治疗热射病用药规律分析
Analysis of Medication Rules in Zhuang Medicine in the Treatment of Heatstroke

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the medication rules of Zhuang medicine in the treatment of heatstroke,aiming to provide reference for clinical practice.Methods:Prescriptions for treating heatstroke recorded in Zhuang medical classics such as Zhong Guo Zhuang Yi Xue(Chinese Zhuang Medicine)and databases including China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)were collected.Tools including Excel and SPSS Modeler were used to perform visual analysis on the frequency,properties and flavors,association rules,and clustering of the Zhuang medicine.The theoretical basis of Zhuang medicine for treating heatstroke was discussed.Results:A total of 46 prescriptions of Zhuang Medicine for treating heatstroke were screened,involving 88 medicines.The top six most frequently used medicines were Ngazndoeng,Zanthoxyli Radix,Nyaedeih,Gaeumbe,Makmaed,and Lonicerae Japonicae Flos.Among the medicines used,those with a cold property were the most prevalent,with no medicines of a hot property being used.The primary flavors were bitter,pungent,and sweet.Fourteen common herb pairs were identified,including Zanthoxyli Radix-Gaeumbe,Lonicerae Japonicae Flos-Ngazndoeng,Gaeumbe-Zanthoxyli Radix,and Gaeumbe-Ngazndoen,etc.The core prescription clusters were:Zanthoxyli Radix-Gaeumbe-Oenmeuz-Nyaedeih-Ilicis Rotundae Cortex,Makmaed-Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium-Makmuh-Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma-Agastachis Herba-Tinosporae Radix,Mahoniae Caulis-Isatidis Radix-Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens-Agrimoniae Herba-Ndukmax,and Ngazndoeng-Lonicerae Japonicae Flos.Conclusion:The treatment of heatstroke in Zhuang medicine follows the theory of diseases induced by toxic pathogens.The prescription formulation embody the Zhuang medical therapeutic principles of"clearing heat and removing toxin,resolving stasis,and regulating the meridians of the Long pathway(corresponds to the body's blood circulation channels)and the Huo pathway(corresponds to the body's information transmission channels)."High-frequency Zhuang medicines include Ngazndoeng,Zanthoxyli Radix,Nyaedeih,Gaeumbe,Makmaed,and Lonicerae Japonicae Flos,which are mostly cold in property and bitter,pungent,or sweet in flavor.Zanthoxyli Radix and Gaeumbe are identified as the core medicines.This analysis provides a reference for clinical medication.关键词
