Abstract
Objective To evaluate the feasibility of domestic disposable flexible ureteroscope-zebra for the treatment of renal and/or upper ureteral stones in ultra-elderly patients.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 95 patients with renal and/or upper ureteral stones treated with zebra endoscopy from May 2022 to January 2025,and divided into the control group(40 cases),the elderly group(31 cases),and the super elderly group(24 cases)according to the age of the patients.The operation time,hospital stay,stone clearance rate,reoperation rate and the incidence of postoperative complications(fever,hematuria,lumbago and steinstrasse)of the three groups of patients were compared.Results There were no significant differences in operation time,reoperation rate,fever rate,hematuria rate,and/or steinstrasse rate among the three groups(P>0.05).The hospitalization time of the elderly group was longer than that of the control group and the super elderly group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the stone clearance rate of the control group and the elderly group was higher than that of the super elderly group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of lumbago in the elderly group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.0167).Conclusion Under the premise of thorough preparation,zebra lithotripsy is safe and effective for treating renal and upper ureteral stones in ultra-elderly patients,and it has certain promotion value.关键词
