冀氏"项八针"联合毫针治疗颈源性视力障碍
JI's"Eight Cervical Needles"Combined with Filiform Needle Therapy for Cervico-genic Visual Disturbance

Abstract
Cervicogenic visual disturbance falls under the category of"Shizhan Hunmiao"in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).It is associated with impaired circulation of Qi and blood in the neck and meridian obstruction,often accompanied by cervical disorders.Symptoms include transient amaurosis,visual fatigue,eye distension and pain,photophobia,lacrimation,dry eyes,and even sudden blindness.JI Laixi posits that the root cause lies in hypertonicity of the cervical muscles and structural derangement of the cervical vertebrae,leading to head and facial disorders.He proposes the concept of"treating head and facial diseases from the cervical perspective".Based on this,he developed the JI´s"Eight Cervical Needles"therapeutic protocol for head,facial,and sensory organ disorders.For cervicogenic visual disturbance,he advocates combining JI´s"Eight Cervical Needles"with filiform needle therapy.The approach involves using an acupotomy to release the suboccipital muscles,thereby reducing cervical muscle hypertonicity and correcting structural derangement and muscular imbalance.This improves the structural environment of the neck,facilitating blood supply to the head and face and normalizing neurovascular function.Concurrently,filiform needles are applied to bilateral Fengchi(GB 20),Zhaohai(KI 6),Taiyang(EX-HN 5),Cuanzhu(BL 2),Zhongzhu(SJ 3),Baihui(GV 20),and Sishencong(EX-HN 1).This combined therapy demonstrates significant clinical efficacy.关键词
