姚靖从厥阴论治围绝经期干眼的理论内涵及临证经验
Theoretical Connotation and Clinical Experience of YAO Jing in Treating Perimeno-pausal Dry Eye from the Perspective of Jueyin

Abstract
Perimenopausal dry eye disease(PDED)is a common disease troubling perimenopausal women.Its pathogenesis is closely related to the disorder of Yin,Yang,Qi,and Blood caused by the decline of kidney Qi and exhaustion of Tian Gui in this life stage.Current Traditional Chinese Medicine treatments often approach it from a single perspective,such as liver-kidney Yin deficiency,which often fails to fully explain its complex pathogenesis.Based on the Six Meridian Syndrome Differentiation theory of the Shanghan Lun,YAO Jing proposes a novel therapeutic approach for PDED from the perspective of the Jue Yin.This paper systematically elaborates the theoretical connotation and diagnostic-therapeutic approach of treating PDED from the Jue Yin perspective:The Jue Yin Liver Meridian connects with the ocular system,governs storing blood and ensures the free flow of Qi to nourish the eyes,and is the meridian where the two Yin meridians converge and end,responsible for the smooth transition and conversion of Yin and Yang.The core pathogenesis of PDED lies in the fundamental deficiency of both kidney Yin and kidney Yang,under which liver blood deficiency and liver Qi stagnation interact.This leads to failure of Jue Yin to"close",disrupting the proper connection between Yin and Yang,and the formation of a complex pathogenesis characterized by intermingled cold and heat,and simultaneous deficiency and excess.The treatment strategy focuses on rectifying the dysfunctional Jue Yin.The method aims to harmonize Yin and Yang and simultaneously regulate cold and heat.Wumei Pills are frequently used as the foundational formula,selected and modified flexibly based on specific pattern manifestations,to restore the function of Jue Yin,rebalance Yin and Yang,and thereby nourish the ocular.This theory provides an innovative and effective syndrome differentiation approach for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of PDED.关键词
