Abstract
Objective:To report a case of severe diarrhea with hematochezia as a rare adverse reaction in a post-kidney transplantation patient taking tacrolimus,and to provide a reference for the safe and rational use of immunosuppressants.Methods:Pharmaceutical intervention and retrospective analysis were conducted for the post-kidney transplantation patient who developed severe diarrhea with bloody stools while taking tacrolimus.The correlation was assessed and pathogenesis was explored based on literature review.Results:Based on clinical manifestations and adverse reaction correlation assessment,it was determined that tacrolimus was"highly probable"to be associated with the patient's severe diarrhea with bloody stools.Tacrolimus may alter vascular permeability,leading to ischemic injury of the intestinal mucosa and secondary infection.Conclusion:Although tacrolimus is a commonly used immunosuppressant,some patients may experience severe gastrointestinal adverse reactions.Clinicians should remain highly vigilant,identify these reactions promptly,and adjust immunosuppressive regimens accordingly.关键词
