替雷利珠单抗联合紫杉醇+顺铂治疗宫颈癌的临床疗效分析
Clinical Efficacy Analysis of Tislelizumab Combined with Paclitaxel and Cisplatin in the Treatment of Cervical Cancer

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of tislelizumab combined with paclitaxel and cisplatin in the treatment of patients with cervical cancer.Methods:A total of 146 cervical cancer patients admitted to our hospital from July 2022 to March 2024 were prospectively selected as study subjects and divided into the control group(paclitaxel+cisplatin,n=73)and the observation group(control group plus tislelizumab,n=73)according to a random number table method.Clinical efficacy,tumor markers,immune function indicators,adverse reaction rates,and survival outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results:The overall response rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(73.97%vs 54.79%,P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCCA),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),and cytokeratin 19 fragment antigen 21-1(CYFRA21-1)levels decreased in both groups after treatment(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the levels of CA125,SCCA,CEA,and CYFRA21-1 were lower in the observation group after treatment,and the differences between before and after treatment were greater(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,CD3+and CD4+levels decreased,while CD8+levels increased in both groups after treatment(P<0.05);compared with the control group,CD3+and CD4+levels were higher,and CD8+levels were lower in the observation group after treatment,with smaller differences between before and after treatment(P<0.05).During treatment,there was no significant difference in the overall incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After a 1-year follow-up,the observation group had a longer survival time(11.58 months vs 10.36 months)and a higher 1-year survival rate(86.30%vs 69.86%)than the control group.Log-Rank test showed statistical differences in survival time and 1-year survival rate between the two groups(HR=0.390,95%CI:0.185～0.824;χ2=6.714,P=0.010).Conclusion:Tislelizumab combined with paclitaxel and cisplatin can improve the efficacy of cervical cancer treatment,enhance immune function,prolong survival,and does not significantly increase the risk of adverse reactions.关键词
