Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Xiangdan Shuxin Capsule combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)of heart blood stasis type.Methods:Totally 100 patients with heart blood stasis type CHD who received diagnosis and treatment in the hospital from April 2022 to April 2024 were prospectively selected and divided into the control group and the observation group based on the random number table method,with 50 patients in each group.The control group received oral administration of atorvastatin calcium tablets,whereas the observation group was given Xiangdan Shuxin Capsule in addition to the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,left ventricular structure and function indexes[left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),ratio of early to late diastolic peak flow velocities across the mitral valve(E/A)],myocardial injury markers[cardiac troponin I(cTnI),creatine kinase(CK)],blood lipid indexes[low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),total cholesterol(TC),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)],clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of various TCM syndromes,LVEDD,LVESD,cTnI,CK,LDL-C and TC were reduced in both groups,and the above indexes in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).LVEF,E/A and HDL-C were increased in both groups,and the observation group showed higher values(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the observation group(90.00%)was higher than that of the control group(74.00%,P<0.05),and the overall incidence of adverse reactions(4.00%)was lower than that of the control group(18.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiangdan Shuxin Capsule combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets can effectively improve clinical efficacy in patients with CHD of heart blood stasis type,relieve clinical symptoms,optimize left ventricular structure and function,reduce blood lipid levels,and alleviate myocardial injury,without increasing the risk of adverse reactions.关键词
