Exploration on the Relationship Between Ferroptosis and Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion Based on the Theory of"Stagnation of Deficient Qi"
摘要
Abstract
Recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA)is characterized by high incidence and diverse etiologies.Ferroptosis,an iron-dependent form of programmed cell death,has attracted considerable research attention for its link to the pathogenesis of RSA.The theory of"stagnation of deficient qi"can accurately summarize the dynamic pathogenesis of chronic diseases,which are caused by"deficiency leading to stagnation,and prolonged stagnation leading to even more deficiency".It is believed that"deficient qi"and mitochondrial dysfunction are the root causes of RSA ferroptosis,while"stagnation"and lipid metabolism disorders and iron accumulation are the superficiality of the disease.The transformation of deficiency in root and excess in superficiality leads to a vicious causal cycle,ultimately resulting in impaired pregnancy outcomes.This article explored the multidimensional pathogenic mechanism of ferroptosis on RSA from the dimensions of decidualization dysfunction,placental trophoblast cell damage,and adverse environment.Based on the theory of"stagnation of deficient qi",the treatment advocates tonifying the kidney and qi to supplement deficient qi,promoting blood circulation and removing stasis,and promoting qi and water circulation to clear retention,providing theoretical references for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of RSA.关键词
