The Relationship Between ABCB1 Gene Polymorphism and Vascular Event Recurrence in Young Ischemic Stroke Patients After Statin Therapy

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the relationship between ATP-binding cassette subfamily B member 1(ABCB1)gene polymorphism and vascular event recurrence in young ischemic stroke patients after statin therapy.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 130 young ischemic stroke patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021.Among them,8 patients were lost to follow up,and the 122 patients completed follow-up.All patients received statin therapy,and their vascular event recurrence during follow-up was recorded.They were divided into the recurrence group and the non-recurrence group.Logistic regression analysis and Phi correlation coefficient were used to analyze the relationship between ABCB1 gene polymorphism and vascular event recurrence in young ischemic stroke patients after statin therapy.Results:22 patients experienced vascular event recurrence,with a recurrence rate of 18.03%.The proportion of males,proportion of alcohol consumption history,ABCB1 rs1045642 CC genotype,rs1128503 CC genotype and rs2032582 GG genotype in the recurrence group were all higher than those in the non-recurrence group(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that male gender,alcohol consumption history,ABCB1 rs1045642 CC genotype and rs2032582 GG genotype were independent risk factors for vascular event recurrence in young ischemic stroke patients after statin therapy(P<0.05).According to Phi correlation coefficient analysis,the ABCB1 rs1045642 CC genotype and rs2032582 GG genotype were positively correlated with vascular event recurrence in young ischemic stroke patients after statin therapy(P<0.05).Conclusion:ABCB1 gene polymorphism is associated with vascular event recurrence in young ischemic stroke patients after statin therapy.Among them,the ABCB1 rs1045642 CC genotype and rs2032582 GG genotype may increase the risk of vascular event recurrence.关键词
