Abstract
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of calcium dibutyryl cyclic adenosine monophosphate combined with metoprolol on patients with heart failure(HF)complicated with arrhythmia.Methods:From June 1,2022 to September 30,2024,110 patients with HF complicated with arrhythmia admitted to the department of cardiology of our hospital were selected and divided into the control group(2 cases excluded due to poor compliance,n=53)and the comprehensive group(1 case excluded due to active withdrawal,n=54)by random number table method.Both groups were given routine treatment.The control group was treated with metoprolol tartrate tablets,and the comprehensive group was treated with calcium dibutyryl cyclic adenosine monophosphate for injection in addition to the control group's treatment.Laboratory indicators of cardiac function and vascular endothelial function[N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),galectin-3(Gal-3),Adropin,von Willebrand factor(vWF)],ultrasonic parameters of cardiac function[left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),stroke volume(SV),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)],ultrasonic parameters of vascular endothelial function[flow-mediated dilation(FMD),nitroglycerin-mediated dilation(NMD)],24 h electrocardiogram parameters(24 h ventricular premature beats and 24 h ventricular tachycardia episodes),clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,NT-proBNP,Gal-3,Adropin,vWF,LVEDD decreased in both groups,and the values in the comprehensive group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);LVEF,SV,FMD and NMD increased in both groups,and the values in the comprehensive group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the number of 24 h ventricular premature beats and the number of 24 h ventricular tachycardia episodes reduced in both groups,and the values in the comprehensive group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the comprehensive group(92.59%)was higher than that of the control group(79.25%,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(χ2=0.190,P=0.662).Conclusion:Calcium dibutyryl cyclic adenosine monophosphate combined with metoprolol can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of patients with HF complicated with arrhythmia,improve cardiac function and vascular endothelial function,and does not increase the risk of adverse reactions.关键词
