基于R语言数据挖掘技术探析针灸治疗孤独症谱系障碍取穴规律
Analysis on Acupoint Selection Law of Acupuncture and Moxibustion for the Treatment of Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder Based on R Language Data Mining Technology

Abstract
Objective To analyze the acupoint selection law in acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD)using data mining technology via the R language.Methods Research literature about acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of children with ASD was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,SinoMed,PubMed and Web of Science databases from the establishment of the databases to March 2025.Excel 2019 was used to construct the database.R 4.4.3 was used to make statistics on acupoint use frequency,meridian tropism,location and specific acupoints,and association rule analysis and clustering analysis were carried out.Results A total of 199 articles were included,including 199 acupuncture and moxibustion prescriptions involving 163 acupoints,with a total frequency of 1 729 times.The top 20 high-frequency acupoints were Baihui(GV20),Shenting(GV24),Sishencong(EX-HN1),Sishenzhen,Zhisanzhen,Shisanzhen,Naohu(GV17),Benshen(GB13),Temporal Sanzhen,Dingshenzhen,Brain Sanzhen,Language Zone 3,Language Zone 2,Language Zone 1,Foot Zhizhen,Neiguan(PC6),Shenmen(HT7),Hand Zhizhen,Naokong(GB19)and Yintang(EX-HN3).Jin's Three Needles acupoint region was the most frequently used,followed by the scalp acupuncture region.The most commonly involved meridians were the Governor Vessel and the gallbladder meridian.Acupoints were predominantly distributed on the head,face,upper limbs and lower limbs.The most frequently used specific acupoint type was the Yuan acupoint.Eleven strong association rules were identified among acupoints,with"Benshen →Shenting"having the highest support.Clustering analysis of high-frequency acupoints revealed five distinct categories.Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of ASD formed a classic scheme of"regulating spirit and enhancing intelligence".It takes the head acupoints as the core,and follows the principle of local acupoint selection.Jin's Three Needles and head acupuncture combined with Governor Vessel acupoints are commonly used;specific acupoints are often applied in combination,such as Yuan-Shu acupoints,reflecting a synergistic effect of"regulating spirit"and"enhancing intelligence".关键词
