醒脑静注射液联合呋塞米注射液治疗高血压性脑桥出血的临床效果
Clinical Efficacy of Xingnaojing Injection Combined with Furosemide Injection in the Treatment of Hypertensive Pontine Hemorrhage

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xingnaojing injection combined with furosemide injection in the treatment of patients with hypertensive pontine hemorrhage,and to analyze its effects on neurofactors and oxidative stress.Methods:A total of 105 patients with hypertensive pontine hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to August 2025 were selected and divided into the control group(n=52)and the observation group(n=53)by random number table method.Both groups received conventional treatment,the control group was treated with furosemide injection,while the observation group was treated with Xingnaojing injection on the basis of the control group's treatment.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.Neurological function[evaluated by National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score],cerebral hematoma volume,neurofactors[neuron-specific enolase(NSE),S100β protein],oxidative stress indicators[superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA)]and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the NIHSS score and the levels of NSE,S100β protein and MDA decreased in both groups,and the observation group had lower values than the control group(P<0.05);the cerebral hematoma volume decreased in both groups,and the observation group had a smaller volume than the control group(P<0.05);the SOD level increased in both groups,and the observation group had a higher level than the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Xingnaojing injection and furosemide injection has a good therapeutic effect on patients with hypertensive pontine hemorrhage.It can effectively promote the recovery of neurological function,reduce cerebral hematoma volume,improve neurofactors and oxidative stress response,and does not increase the risk of adverse reactions.关键词
