中药复方治疗急性呼吸道感染外寒内热证有效性和安全性的系统评价和Meta分析
Chinese Herbal Compounds for Acute Respiratory Tract Infections with Exterior Cold and Interior Heat Syndrome:A Systematic Review and Meta-analysis

Abstract
Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of Chinese herbal compounds for the treatment of acute respiratory tract infections(ARTI)with exterior cold and interior heat syndrome.Methods Relevant randomized controlled trials(RCTs)were retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,SinoMed,PubMed and Web of Science.Meta-analysis was performed using the AutoMeta platform.Results A total of 29 RCTs were included,involving 3 445 patients.The Meta-analysis results showed that Chinese herbal compounds could significantly improve the overall clinical efficacy of ARTI with exterior cold and interior heat syndrome(OR=4.66,95%CI[3.04,7.16],P<0.001),shorten the time to fever reduction(MD=-1.07,95%CI[-1.69,-0.46],P<0.001)and time to defervescence(MD=-5.44,95%CI[-8.95,-1.92],P=0.002),and improve clinical symptoms(SMD=-0.64,95%CI[-1.11,-0.17],P=0.007),with reliable clinical safety(OR=0.54,95%CI[0.31,0.93],P=0.02).There was no significant difference between the two groups in shortening the time to complete defervescence(MD=-5.37,95%CI[-12.08,1.34],P=0.12),improving the main symptoms of exterior cold(SMD=-0.67,95%CI[-1.59,0.25],P=0.15)and the main symptoms of interior heat(SMD=-0.64,95%CI[-1.32,0.05],P=0.06).Conclusion Chinese herbal compounds demonstrate good clinical efficacy and safety for the treatment of ARTI with exterior cold and interior heat syndrome.Given the quality and quantity of the included studies,further high-quality RCTs are needed to provide stronger evidence.关键词
