滋肾育胎丸辅助环孢素A对复发性流产患者性激素、子宫超声血流及Th17/Treg的影响
Effect of Zishen Yutai Pill as an Adjunct to Cyclosporine A on Sex Hormones,Uterine Ultrasound Blood Flow and Th17/Treg in Patients with Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of Zishen Yutai Pill as an adjunct to cyclosporine A on sex hormones,uterine ultrasound blood flow,and helper T cell 17(Th17)/regulatory T cell(Treg)in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA).Methods:A total of 120 RSA patients admitted to our hospital from July 2021 to January 2024 were prospectively selected and divided into the control group and the combined group by random number table method,with 60 patients in each group.The control group was treated with cyclosporine soft capsules,while the combined group was administered Zishen Yutai Pill on the basis of the control group's treatment.Medication was continued until the 12th week of gestation after pregnancy confirmation.TCM syndrome scores,sex hormones[estradiol(E2),progesterone(P),human chorionic gonadotropin(β-hCG)],uterine ultrasound blood flow indexes[vascularization flow index(VFI),flow index(FI),vascular index(VI)],Th17/Treg ratio,pregnancy outcomes,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of lumbago and abdominal pain,vaginal dark red bleeding,physical fatigue and weakness,aversion to cold and cold limbs,total TCM syndrome score,the level of Th17,and the Th17/Treg ratio in the combined group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the levels of E2,P,β-hCG,VFI,FI,VI and Treg in the combined group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The pregnancy success rate of the combined group(85.71%)was higher than that of the control group(60.34%,P=0.015).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Zishen Yutai Pill as an adjunct to cyclosporine A exerts a significant effect in the treatment of RSA,which can effectively regulate sex hormones,improve uterine ultrasound blood flow,alleviate TCM syndromes,and increase the pregnancy success rate.Its mechanism may be related to reversing the Th17/Treg imbalance.关键词
