基于隐结构模型和关联规则的《普济方·水病门》治疗水肿用药规律
Medication Law of Pu Ji Fang Shui Bing Men for the Treatment of Edema Based on Latent Structure Model and Association Rules

Abstract
Objective To study the medication law of Pu Ji Fang Shui Bing Men for the treatment of edema using data mining techniques;To provide reference for TCM treatment of edema.Methods Prescriptions for treating edema were collected from Pu Ji Fang Shui Bing Men.Excel 2019,Lantern 5.0 and SPSS Modeler 18.0 softwares were used to conduct frequency statistics,latent structure model analysis and association rule analysis on high-frequency Chinese materia medica(frequency≥25 times).Results A total of 679 prescriptions were included,involving 382 kinds of Chinese materia medica,with a total frequency of 3 709 times.The top ten kinds of Chinese materia medica with the highest frequency were Descurainiae Semen Lepidii Semen,Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium,Cortex Mori,Kansui Radix,Pharbitidis Semen,Stephaniae Tetrandrae Radix,Arecae Semen,Rubra Poria,Euphorbiae Pekinensis Radix and Pruni Semen.The main medicinal properties were cold and warm,and the main tastes were bitter and pungent,with a primary tropism towards the lung meridian,spleen meridian and kidney meridian.Association rule analysis identified 18 strong association rules,with Pruni Semen+Descurainiae Semen Lepidii Semen → Stephaniae Tetrandrae Radix,Semen Zanthoxyli → Descurainiae Semen Lepidii Semen,Genkwa Flos → Kansui Radix being the main strong association rules.11 latent variables were obtained from the latent structure analysis,and combined with professional knowledge,5 comprehensive clustering models and 11 core Chinese materia medica combinations were inferred,suggesting common syndromes of edema including,qi deficiency with dampness obstruction syndrome,internal accumulation of dampness and heat syndrome,water-dampness steeping syndrome,internal retention of water-fluid syndrome,yang deficiency in spleen and kidney syndrome.Conclusion Pu Ji Fang Shui Bing Men differentiates the treatment of edema into yang edema and yin edema.For yang edema,the primary therapeutic principle is to drain dampness and induce urination,with supplementary tonifying and replenishing spleen qi,and clearing heat and draining dampness according to different syndrome types.For yin edema,the main treatment principle is to warm and tonify the spleen and kidney.关键词
