黑药膏联合红外偏振光治疗幼年特发性关节炎的临床疗效研究
Clinical efficacy of black ointment combined with infrared polarized light for juvenile idiopathic arthritis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of black ointment combined with infrared polarized light in the treatment of juvenile idiopathic arthritis(JIA).Methods A total of 46 children with JIA treated in the First People's Hospital of Urumqi(Children's Hospital of Urumqi)from January 2024 to January 2025 were selected as subjects.They were divided into observation group(n=23)and control group(n=23)by a random number table.The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment,including oral nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and methotrexate therapy.The observation group received additional treatment with black ointment combined with infrared polarized light on the basis of control group.The primary efficacy endpoint was the juvenile arthritis disease activity score(JADAS)-27,while secondary endpoints included C-reactive protein(CRP),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),and incidence of adverse reactions.Assessments were conducted before treatment,at 1 week post-treatment,and at 6 months post-treatment.Results After treatment,the JADAS-27 scores of both groups of pediatric patients were significantly reduced compared to pre-treatment levels(P<0.05).At 6 months post-treatment,the JADAS-27 scores of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Both groups showed significant improvements in ESR and CRP levels after treatment compared to pre-treatment levels(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of black ointment and infrared polarized light therapy demonstrates significant efficacy in JIA,markedly improving disease activity with favorable safety profiles.关键词
