摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the potential mechanism of Buzhong Yiqi decoction in the intervention of sarcopenia through network pharmacology methods. Methods The active components of seven herbs in Buzhong Yiqi decoction were screened using the Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform(TCMSP).The targets of these active components were identified by leveraging TCMSP and the Swiss Target Prediction Database.Disease-related targets associated with sarcopenia were extracted from the disease database, and the intersection of targets related to the active components of the Chinese herbal compound and disease targets was obtained.Protein-protein interaction network analysis was performed, followed by Gene Ontology function analysis and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genernes pathway enrichment analysis. Finally, molecular docking validation was conducted for the core components and key targets. Results A total of 182 active components and 1139 component targets of Buzhong Yiqi decoction were identified, including 415 disease-related targets associated with sarcopenia and 62 overlapping targets.Among these,5 major active components were screened, including quercetin, kaempferol, naringenin, isosquercetin, and isorhamnetin,as well as 6 core targets, including protein kinase B1,tumor necrosis factor, tumor protein P53,interleukin-6,human estrogen receptor 1,and interleukin-1β.These targets are involved in pathways such as the TNF signaling pathway, insulin resistance, and adipocytokine signaling pathways.Molecular docking analysis revealed that the core active components of Bu Zhong Yi Qi decoction exhibit strong binding activity and stability with key targets of sarcopenia. Conclusion Buzhong Yiqi decoction may exert potential therapeutic effects on sarcopenia through multiple active ingredients, target points and biological pathways.关键词
