基于产量和品质差异分析川贝母引种优势
Analysis of Introduction Advantages of Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus Based on Yield and Quality Differences

Abstract
Objective:To address the increasingly severe resource shortage of Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus through its artificial do-mestication and introduction.Methods:In this study,the seeds of Fritillaria unibracteata and Fritillaria przewalskii collected from Hongyuan County(Sichuan Province),Fritillaria cirrhosa from Ninglang County(Lijiang City,Yunnan Province),Fritillaria taipaiensis from Wuxi County(Chongqing)and three-year-old bulbs were introduced to Shangri-La City,Yunnan Province,at an altitude of 3 200 meters.Under consistent planting environments and subsequent management conditions,a suitability analysis was conducted on four o-riginal plants.Results:After introduction,Fritillaria taipaiensis exhibited earlier seedling emergence,followed by Fritillaria unibracteata and Fritillaria przewalskii,while Fritillaria cirrhosa emerged the latest.Seedling morphology showed no differences,with all plants grow-ing normally and sharing similar growth cycles and mature plants displayed certain variations in flower shape,color,leaf morphology and plant height.The bulbs of four-year-old Fritillaria taipaiensis were significantly larger than those of the other three original plants.The predicted yield of four-year-old Fritillaria taipaiensis reached 1 176 kg/667 m2,significantly higher than the other three original plants.Additionally,Fritillaria cirrhosa showed significantly higher content of imperialine(0.0996%)than Fritillaria przewalskii(0.0896%),Fritillaria taipaiensis(0.0884%),Fritillaria unibracteata(0.0817%).Conclusion:After introduction to Shangri-La,the four original plants of Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus has robust plant morphology,vigorous growth,high bulb yields,and excellent quality.Among them,Fritillaria taipaiensis performs the best and can be promoted as a superior seed resource for introduction and cultivation in Yunnan.关键词
