The Logic,Goals and Practical Paths of Organized Educational and Scientific Research Promoting the Construction of Independent Knowledge System for Vocational Education

Abstract
As a systematic and collaborative knowledge production mechanism,organized educational and scientific research plays a crucial role in promoting the construction of an independent knowledge system for vocational education with Chinese characteristics,style and ethos.The promotion of independent knowledge system by organized educational and scientific research is not only a theoretical guideline for elevating from"individual experience"to"systematic knowledge",but also an inherent demand for evolving from"imitation and reference"to"self-reliance and self-improvement",as well as a strategic response to transforming from"addressing challenges"to"leading development".Undoubtedly,this promotion effort has multiple goal orientations,which are reflected in the unity of localization and originality,typology and independence,systematization and structuration,openness and growth,as well as applicability and guidance.Therefore,to advance the construction of independent knowledge system for vocational education through organized educational and scientific research,it is necessary to carry out organizational innovation and build a collaborative educational and scientific research community involving the government,industries,enterprises,schools,and research institutions;focus research directions and conduct systematic research on key fields;optimize and improve methodologies and adopt research paradigms that conform to the laws of vocational education;and emphasize the transformation and dissemination of research achievements,while establishing an ecosystem for knowledge circulation and application.关键词
