摘要

Abstract

To explore the characteristics,causes,and optimization paths of differentiated states in the allocation of digital resources in higher vocational colleges,an evaluation model with first-level indicators of justice in the production of digital material resources,justice in the distribution of digital service resources,and justice in the consumption of digital competence resources has been constructed based on the theory of spatial justice.The application results indicate that there may be phenomena of transformation differences,inter-group differences,regional differences,and inter-college differences in the current allocation of digital resources in higher vocational colleges.Specifically,the following manifestations can be observed:Teachers and students in higher vocational colleges may be undergoing a structural shift from an"access gap"to a"competence gap";students may be in a"marginalized position"in the process of digital resource allocation in higher vocational colleges;the results of digital resources allocation in regional higher vocational colleges may show a"central region collapse"phenomenon;private colleges and non-double-high vocational colleges may be facing the predicament of"disadvantages in initial allocation"and"inefficiency in terminal transformation"in the process of digital resources allocation.To this end,adaptive justice should be regarded as the core to foster the digital learning competence of all students in higher vocational colleges in a hierarchical way;accessibility justice should be regarded as the criterion to strengthen fiscal support for higher vocational colleges in disadvantaged regions and boost the transformation efficiency of digital resources;and developmental justice should be regarded as the goal to explore a multi-stakeholder community for the co-construction and sharing of digital resources in higher vocational colleges.
