Rural Vocational Education Promoting Urban-rural Integration Development:Mechanisms,Obstacles and Pathways

Abstract
Urban-rural integration development is a strategic choice to address the dual structure of urban and rural areas and achieve common prosperity.Rural vocational education serves as an important engine for resolving the imbalance in urban-rural development and promoting the bidirectional flow of resources between urban and rural areas.From the perspective of symbiosis theory,the logical mechanisms by which rural vocational education promotes urban-rural integration development are reflected in:activating the value-added effects of urban-rural symbiotic units,driving the iterative upgrading of urban-rural symbiotic models,and adapting the integration resilience of the urban-rural symbiotic environment.The mismatch of main functions weakens the collaborative efficiency between urban and rural areas,the dysfunction of symbiotic interfaces delays the rate of urban-rural interaction,and the intertwining"three-dimensional barriers"lock in the space for urban-rural integration,all of which pose real obstacles to the promotion of urban-rural integration development by rural vocational education.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a rural vocational education model that aligns with functional adaptation;create a co-governance pattern of mutually beneficial and symbiotic rural vocational education;and build an inclusive development ecosystem for rural vocational education.关键词
