数字基因重塑:新质生产力视域下职业农民教育的范式跃迁
Digital Gene Reshaping:A Paradigm Shift in Professional Farmer Education from the Perspective of New Quality Productivity

Abstract
Against the backdrop of the transformation of agricultural new quality productivity,a"quality gap"has emerged between the supply of agricultural talents and the upgrading of the agricultural industry,and the professional farmer education system is undergoing a dual leap in value core and knowledge structure.The talent supply system that is compatible with the new quality productivity needs to break through the traditional farmer training paradigm,inject digital genes,and form a value orientation system composed of value elements such as concept guidance,practicality,career advancement,and people's livelihood care.Under the new educational value orientation,by analyzing the adaptation laws between educational elements and the demand for new productivity,the internal logic of the paradigm transition of professional farmer education needs to be revealed,and the knowledge transition paradigm with emotional intelligence symbiosis,digital intelligence technology,business management,and ecological ethics as the core elements should be innovated.关键词
