贵州特色苗药毛大丁草生态适应性及品质区划分析
Analysis of the Ecological Adaptability and Quality Zoning of the Characteristic Miao Medicine Piloselloides hirsuta in Guizhou

Abstract
Objective:To explore the range of potential suitable areas of Piloselloides hirsuta in Guizhou Province and to clarify the distribution characteristics of its high-quality medicinal materials,so as to provide a scientific basis for the subsequent selection of culti-vation sites and production management.Methods:Based on the comprehensive field investigation and multi-source database informa-tion,the data of 38 distribution points and 36 environmental factors in Guizhou Province were integrated.The MaxEnt model was used to predict the potential suitable areas of Piloselloides hirsuta,and the contents of arbutin and total coumarin in 24 geographical populations were determined by high performance liquid chromatography.The quality zoning analysis was conducted by combining Spearman correla-tion analysis with the collaborative Klikin space interpolation method.Results:The established MaxEnt model had high prediction accu-racy(AUC=0.945).The high-quality production areas of Piloselloides hirsuta in Guizhou Province were mainly concentrated in the lati-tude zone from Ceheng to Pingtang(24.8° to 25.8°N),accounting for only 1.0%of the province's suitable growth areas.The key envi-ronmental factors influencing the distribution of Piloselloides hirsuta included isothermal properties,slope,average temperature of the warmest quarter and annual average precipitation.The quality of medicinal materials was regulated by drought stress and heat condi-tions.The precipitation in the driest month,the maximum temperature in the warmest month were highly correlated with the content of active ingredients.Conclusion:Ceheng County,Pingtang County,Luodian County and Dushan County in Guizhou Province are the core production areas of high-quality medicinal materials of Piloselloides hirsuta,It is recommended to be prioritized as a key area for indus-trial layout.关键词
