基于"治神守气"理论探讨三才刺法对腰椎间盘突出症的治疗作用
Therapeutic Effect of Three-Layer Needling on LDH Based on'Treating Shen and Regulating Qi'Theory
摘要
Abstract
Lumbar disc herniation(LDH)is a common chronic pain disorder,the essential pathogenesis of which lies in the disharmony between form and Shen and the disruption of Qi movement.The'treating Shen and regulating Qi'theory,derived from Su Wen·Bao Ming Quan Xing Lun,emphasizes that'Shen governs Qi,and Qi serves Shen'.The concept of'treating Shen'extends beyond emotional regulation,it reflects a bidirectional resonance between the physician and the patient:the physician achieves'guiding the needle with the original Shen',while the patient maintains'focused consciousness' .Through the principle of'guarding Qi without dispersion',this interaction sustains the flow of Qi beneath the needle,deepening and prolonging therapeutic efficacy.This process harmonizes the Shen of five Zang organs and Qi transformation of three burners,ultimately achieving the unity of form and Shen and the harmony of Qi and blood.Based on the three-layer needling method from Jin Zhen Fu,which features layered needling techniques to precisely regulate pathological changes at different tissue levels,this approach promotes Qi and blood circulation,unblocks meridians,and relieves pain.Guided by the'treating Shen and regulating Qi'theory,the three-layer needling method simultaneously addresses both the holistic and local aspects of disease,realizing an integrative treatment from the mind-body perspective.By uniting Shen and Qi therapy,it breaks the vicious cycle of pain and psychological stress,offering a novel therapeutic approach for LDH.关键词
