子午流注纳子法温针灸联合推拿对脑梗死偏瘫患者下肢运动功能的影响
Effects of Needle-Warming Moxibustion Based on Ziwu Liuzhu Nazi Needling Method Combined with Tuina Therapy on Lower Limb Motor Function in Patients with Hemiplegia after Cerebral Infarction

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of needle-warming moxibustion based on Ziwu Liuzhu Nazi needling method combined with Tuina therapy on lower limb motor function in patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 180 patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the Tuina group and the combined group,with 90 patients in each group.The Tuina group was treated with simple Tuina treatment;on which basis,the combined group was also treated with needle-warming moxibustion based on Ziwu Liuzhu Nazi needling method.The scores of NIHSS,lower limb motor function,10m walking test(10 MWT)indexes,activities of daily living(Barthel indexes)and Modified spasticity rating scale(Asworth scores),and lower limb electromyography indexes were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate in the combined group was 99.44％(85/90),which was higher than 85.56％(77/90)in the Tuina group(P＜0.05).There were no statistical differences in NIHSS scores,lower limb motor function scores,10 MWT indicators,Barthel indexes,Asworth scores,or lower limb electromyography between the combined group and the Tuina group before the treatment(P＞0.05);the combined group showed higher integrated electromyography(iEMG)values of tibialis anterior,improved lower limb motor function scores,greater step length and speed in the 10 MWT,and higher Barthel indexes compared with the Tuina group after the treatment(P＜0.05);conversely,gastrocnemius iEMG,10 MWT energy expenditure indexes,NIHSS scores,and Asworth scores were lower in the combined group than those in the Tuina group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Needle-warming moxiubstion based on Ziwu Liuzhu Nazi needling method combined with Tuina therapy is more effective than Tuina therapy alone in improving lower limb motor function and enhancing quality of life in patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction.关键词
