黑果枸杞LrWRKY44的克隆、生物信息学及差异表达分析

Abstract
Taking Lycium ruthenicum fruit,root,stem,leaf,and flower as the experimental materials,the structure of LrWRKY44 was analyzed using bioinformatics tools,and its expression patterns in different tissues and at different developmental stages were determined by RT-qPCR,in order to preliminarily explore its biological function in the growth and development of L.ruthenicum.The results showed that LrWRKY44 was expressed in all parts of L.ruthenicum,including roots,stems,leaves,flowers,and fruits,with the highest expression level found in fruits.As the fruit matures,the expression of LrWRKY44 gradually increases,peaking at maturity,which aligns with the accumulation trend of anthocyanin content.The results indicated that LrWRKY44 might be closely related to the biosynthesis and accumulation of anthocyanins in L.ruthenium and played an important regulatory role in the formation of fruit color.关键词
