外源硒对镉胁迫下甘蓝成株生长及品质的影响
Effects of Exogenous Selenium on Growth and Quality of Adult Cabbage Plants Under Cadmium Stress

Abstract
Taking cabbage cultivar'Fur'as experimental material,utilising soil-based pot experiments to investigate the mitigation of cadmium stress and the effects on quality resulting from varying concentrations of exogenous selenium,in order to provide reference for reducing cadmium stress in cabbage and enhancing its quality.The results showed that Cd stress significantly inhibited the growth of cabbage,resulting in a 15.16%,22.39%and 59.25%reduction in plant height,plant width and single bulb weight,respectively,and a significant decrease in the content of soluble sugars,soluble proteins,organic acids and vitamin C,as well as a significant increase in the content of Cd in the leaf bulb.The response of adult cabbage plants in Cd stress under different concentrations of exogenous Se treatment showed concentration dependence,and according to the principal component analysis,the exogenous spraying of Se at the concentration range of 10-15 mg·L-1 had the best effect,with significant(P<0.05)increase in growth indexes and quality indexes,and significant(P<0.05)decrease in Cd content of the leaf bulb,which could effectively alleviate the toxicity of cabbage Cd,and the alleviation effect was reduced by too much concentration of Se.The mitigation effect decreased.关键词
