不同光照强度对枸杞苗期生长、抗氧化活性及活性成分的影响
Effects of Different Light Intensities on Growth,Antioxidant Activity,and Bioactive Compounds in Lycium barbarum

Abstract
Taking'Ningqi 10'Lycium barbarum seedlings as the test materials,the seedlings were subjected to different light intensities(1 000,3 000,8 000 lx and 20 000 lx),the physiological adaptation mechanisms and regulatory patterns of secondary metabolites in Lycium barbarum plants under varying light intensities were investigated,in order to provide reference for light-strength regulation in goji cultivation.The results showed that under 8 000 lx light intensity,plant height,stem diameter,and leaf width of wolfberry seedlings reached their maximum values,while root length,root diameter,and the number of primary roots under 20 000 lx were significantly superior to those in other treatments.Photosynthetic pigment content exhibited a decreasing trend with increasing light intensity,with chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,and carotenoid content being the highest under 1 000 lx.The activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),and content of malondialdehyde(MDA)increased with higher light intensity,peaking at 20 000 lx;peroxidase(POD)activity,however,was highest at 8 000 lx.The lowest betaine content was observed at 1 000 lx light intensity,while the highest polysaccharide content was recorded at 3 000 lx.Light intensity of 20 000 lx further promoted flavonoid accumulation.Moderate high light(8 000 lx)favored morphological growth of Lycium barbarum seedlings.High light intensity(20 000 lx)further promotes root development and flavonoid synthesis.关键词
