Abstract
Zero drift is an important cause of measurement errors in sensors,so reducing the zero drift is a significant measure to improve the measurement accuracy of sensors.The main reason for the zero drift of the impact sensor is that it is subjected to an out-of-band shock acceleration which is similar to its natural frequency,therefore increasing natural frequency is an effective method to reduce the zero drift of impact sensor currently.A finite element model of impact sensor is established.According to the output signal property of the impact sensor,and combined with the structural characteristics such as thickness,density and elastic modulus of the piezoelectric patches,the base and the mass block that make up the impact sensor,some theoretical calculations and numerical simulations have been done and a method to improve the natural frequency of the piezoelectric impact sensors is proposed in this paper.关键词
