全过程工程咨询模式下项目管理与工程监理的协同机制研究
Research on the Synergy Mechanism Between Project Management and Engineering Supervision in the Whole-Process Engineering Consultation Model
摘要
Abstract
With the profound transformation of China's engineering construction model,the whole-process engineering consultation has become an important direction for the innovative development of the industry.This paper focuses on the collaborative mechanism between project management and engineering supervision in the whole-process engineering consulting,and conducts an in-depth analysis on the similarities and differences between the two in terms of legal positioning,service scope and work focus.The research shows that by establishing a multi-dimensional collaborative mechanism that encompasses organizational integration,process optimization,information sharing and contract management,the efficiency and quality of projects can be significantly enhanced.Based on case practice,this paper further proposes the specific paths and countermeasures for implementing this collaborative mechanism,providing theoretical references and practical guidance for promoting the high-quality development of the whole-process engineering consultation.关键词
