国医大师潘敏求从"脾肾同治"理论防治肿瘤血证经验
Experience of Pan Minqiu in prevention and treatment of tumor-related blood syndrome based on the theory of"simultaneous treatment of the spleen and kidney"

Abstract
National Chinese Medicine Master Professor Pan Minqiu possesses rich clinical experience and unique insights in the prevention and treatment of tumor-related blood syndrome.He believes that deficiency and stasis are the pri-mary causes of tumor-related hemorrhage,with the kidney as the congenital foundation and the spleen as the acquired foun-dation,and furthermore,the spleen governs blood and consolidates blood circulation.Based on the theory of"simultaneous treatment of the spleen and kidney",he formulates the basic treatment principle of"tonifying deficiency and eliminating stasis"and applies the principles of tonifying the spleen and kidney,removing stasis,and stopping bleeding in prescription and medication,and he makes the best use of carbonized Chinese medicinals.This article summarizes related cases from his monographs and elaborates on bleeding due to lung cancer and gastrointestinal tumors.The treatment of hemoptysis caused by lung cancer focuses on clearing the upper and consolidating the lower,promoting the mutual generation of metal and water,and strengthening earth to generate metal,while the treatment of bleeding caused by gastrointestinal tumors focuses on regulating the middle and containing the lower,combining warming and clearing methods,and tonifying both the spleen and the kidney and applies the self-made Ganfufang prescription.The medical records of a case are attached at the end for clarification.关键词
