Identification and Evaluation of Commercial Centers in Zhenjiang City,Jiangsu Province,China Based on Multi-source Data

Abstract
Taking Zhenjiang City as the research object,focusing on the issue of commercial space optimization in the process of urbanization,we integrated multi-source data such as urban territorial spatial monitoring data,Amap POI,population grids,and OpenStreetMap to establish a set of multi-dimensional evaluation technical processes for commercial center identification and development.We used adaptive kernel density analysis,traffic network coverage assessment,and multi-core modeling of residential walking circles methods to identify the commercial spatial pattern of"one core and five zones"in Zhenjiang City.According to the problems such as homogeneous business formats,insufficient public service facilities,and weak facilities in remote suburban areas,we proposed a series of optimization suggestions to promote the high-quality development of Zhenjiang's commercial sector,which could offer valuable theoretical insights and practical guidance for the optimization of commercial spaces in other Yangtze River Delta cities.关键词
