Abstract
In the latest military and high-tech fields such as real-time interception of multi-band frequency hopping signals in electronic warfare,centimeter-level high-resolution radar detection,and signal integrity test for high-speed data transmission,the instantaneous bandwidth of signals has exceeded 8 GHz.However,the leading spectrum analyzers only provide an instantaneous bandwidth of 2~4 GHz,which can hardly meet the usage requirements of these signal test scenarios.To address this issue,a spectrum analyzer with new hardware architecture is proposed.Its instantaneous bandwidth reaches 9 GHz.The design of its main components is analyzed.Based on RF direct sampling and high-speed serial bus transmission technology,high-speed data transmission of 158.4 Gb/s is achieved by using only 8 differential pairs.Meanwhile,key technologies such as rate-adaptive data processing are introduced,and the logic design of communication is elaborated,and the key specifications are verified.The lossless capture and real-time analysis of signals with 9 GHz instantaneous bandwidth are realized,indicating that the analyzer can solve the problem that leading spectrum analyzers cannot analyze signals with higher instantaneous bandwidth.With advanced technologies,its instantaneous bandwidth performance is in a leading level within the industry.关键词
