Design and Test of a New Wireless Passive Temperature Sensor System

Abstract
For the shortcomings such as weak penetration ability and short transmission distance of wireless passive temperature sensors,a new type of wireless passive temperature sensor system with resonant effect is designed based on the temperature-sensitive element.The structure and principle of the entire sensor system are described,and corresponding solutions are provided for the technical difficulties and challenges in the design.A large number of penetration tests are carried out for two typical engineering application scenarios,conventional concrete and high-density rolling compacted concrete,so as to obtain the frequency band and antenna configuration with better transmission effect.A comparative test is conducted with the platinum resistance temperature sensor.The test results show that,compared with the platinum resistance sensor,the temperature data measured by the sensor of this design under the same conditions differs by no more than 0.5℃.关键词
