Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Erchen Decoction combined with Sanzi Yangqin Decoction in the treatment of acute exacerbation of senile chronic bronchitis with phlegm-dampness in the lung.Methods:A total of 300 patients with acute exacerbation of senile chronic bronchitis with phlegm-dampness in the lung were randomly divi ded into treatment group and control group,with 150 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given conventional Western medicine treatment,and those in the treatment group were given Erchen Decoction combined with Sanzi Yangqin Decoction in addition to the treatment in the control group.Each course of treatment was 4 weeks,and both groups were treated for 3 courses.The two groups were compared in terms of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syn-drome score,time to disappearance of clinical symptoms(wheezing,cough,and pulmonary rales),adverse reactions,and clinical outcome.Results:There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group[92.67％(139/150)vs.72.00％(108/150),P＜0.05].After treatment,both groups had a significant change in TCM syndrome score(P＜0.05),and there was a significant difference in TCM syndrome score between the two groups after treatment(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the treatment group had a significantly shorter time to disappearance of clinical symptoms(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reac-tions between the treatment group and the control group[11.33％(17/150)vs.8.00％(12/150),P＞0.05].Conclusion:For patients with acute exacerbation of senile chronic bronchitis with phlegm-dampness in the lung,Erchen Decoction combined with Sanzi Yangqin Decoction can effectively alleviate bronchial inflammatory stimulation and improve clinical symptoms,and therefore,it holds promise for clinical application.关键词
