猴痘病毒检测技术研究进展
Advances in Detection Technologies for Monkeypox Virus
摘要
Abstract
Monkeypox(Mpox),caused by the monkeypox virus(MPXV),is a zoonotic orthopoxvirus infec-tion affecting humans,non-human primates,and rodents.To date,Mpox has caused global outbreaks across 130 countries and regions,prompting the World Health Organization(WHO)to declare it a"Public Health Emergency of International Concern"(PHEIC)on two separate occasions(2022 and 2024).It causing great harm and threat to the life safety,biosecurity and public health security of the world and China.Rapid and effective etiological diagnosis and detection technology is a prerequisite for scientific prevention and control of Mpox in order to achieve"Human disease and animal prevention,early containment".This re-view systematically evaluates current diagnostic methodologies for MPXV,including virological assays,mo-lecular diagnostics,serological testing,and high-throughput sequencing technologies.By synthesizing these approaches,we aim to advance the development of innovative diagnostic tools and evidence-based preven-tion strategies for Mpox control.关键词
